...featuring a 7 String Jazz Guitar Song Written and Played by Neil Lamb and a Dreamy Introduction by Storyteller Lorna Stengel
Ah... Summer on the Maine Coast. This free boating and sailing screensaver and slideshow contains more than 60 breathtaking photos from eight photographers, is introduced by professional Maine Storyteller Lorna Stengel, and has a beautiful acoustic background guitar instrumental performed by Maine's own Neal Lamb. It's truly a collaborative effort of many talented people.
Bring the warmth of summer boating and sailing to your desktop in April! Operates as a screensaver and/or slideshow. It's easy to uninstall, too. (But why would you want to?)
The slideshow also features recorded water sounds from sailing Casco Bay.
The slideshow is FREE. We ask that you send us your comments, particularly if you like it! Email bm@allurecreative.com
The slideshow/screen saver will work on most PC's, handles dual monitor support if you have that, is easy to install and uninstall, and is guaranteed to make your computer the envy of your boating friends. And if you've been looking to buy a boat, and need a little extra help with the family comptroller, just show him or her this slideshow and they will beg you to take them boat shopping!
(Well, this may be an exaggerated claim, but there is so much beauty and adventure shown in these wonderful photos that you may very well win points to your cause!)
What our informal reviewers have said...
"A Masterpiece!"
"The pictures are unbelievable"
"Makes me forget about cold weather!"
We Support the Aims of Maine Island Trail Association
And speaking of causes, we include a slide near the end to pitch BoatMaine.us' support for the Maine Island Trail Association, www.mita.org. This group of volunteers work hard so that our beautiful Maine islands remain a joy to behold for us and for future generations. If you haven't visited their site, we encourage you to do so. And if you join them for a small fee, you'll get a Maine coast island guide that is your key to visiting and taking care of Maine islands.
